VNStockNews.com - In the annual shareholders meeting held lately, the shareholders of IDJ International Financial Investment and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Co (IDJ Financial) have lately approved for increasing chartered capital from 149.6 billion dong to 326 billion dong and listing shares on the northern bourse in Q2 of 2010.
The company planned to pay dividend in shares worth 74.8 billion dong, to offer shares to existing shareholders valued 79.8 billion dong and the rest 21.8 billion dong will be raised from offering shares to the company's partners and current staff.
In 2009, IDJ Financial earned after tax profit of 103 billion dong, equivalent to 69 percent of the current chartered capital. At present, the company has successfully carried out two key projects of Grand Plaza Trade Centre and Hanoi Academy.
The Grand Plaza project was sited on an area of 16,000 square metres, including a hotel and Grade A office buildings on Tran Duy Hung St, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi that has been carried out by South Korea-based Charmvit Group as the main investor, and IDJ Financial as the sole representative agency. The complex is expected to be start operation in May 2010.
Hanoi Academy was located in Ciputra Urban Area with 120 classrooms. The school officially opened on Sep 9, 2009 and has 520 students in the first school year.
