Pisico Dong An surpasses 88pct of 2009 profit plan

In 2010, Pisico Dong An planned to invest 2.8 billion dong in carrying out basic construction works and purchasing machines and equipment. The company targeted to reach 2010 revenue of 110 billion dong, profit of 3.5 billion dong and ratio of profit over revenue of 3.18 percent.

At the same time, the company's management board lately decided to increase chartered capital from 17.6 billion dong to 22-25 billion dong via issuing shares and to prepare for officially listing shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange. The annual shareholder meeting is expected to be held in March 2010.
