WSS reports earning profit after tax of VND65.22 billion

VNStockNews.com - Wall Street Securities Joint Stock Co (coded WSS) announced to reach 2009 net revenue of 94.33 billion dong, and profit after tax of 65.22 billion dong.

The company reported that its net revenue in Q4 only contributed about 60 percent of the whole year revenue, while Q4 profit after tax accounted for 70 percent. The company's revenue and profit in Q4 mainly comes from self-trading activities and consultancy services.

In 2009, the securities company's total revenue surpassed 170 percent of the adjusted plan. Previously, the company had targeted to reach EPS of 3,762 dong per share.

Last year, WSS successfully increased its chartered capital to 366 billion dong.
