C92 to pay 2009 dividend

VNStockNews.com - March 23 will be the ex-interest date and March 25 has been fixed as the registration deadline for the shareholders of Construction and Investment JSC 492 (HNX coded C92) to register to receive 2009 dividend of 10 percent in cash, announced Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD).

The dividend payment date is May 28, 2010.

The company will also close the shareholders list on March 25 to offer extra shares at a ratio 1:0.84 with the selling price of 12,000 dong/share.

Shareholders can transfer the share buying warrant once between April 5 and May 5, 2010, and register to pay money to take new shares from April 5 to May 7, 2010.

VSD will stop deposits for C92 coded shares on March 24, 25 and 26, 2010.
