NHC to close shareholders book to pay 35pct cash dividend

VNStockNews.com - Nhi Hieo Brick-Tile Joint Stock Co (coded NHC) has recently announced that March 9 will be the registration deadline for the company to close the list of shareholders to pay 35 percent dividend in cash for the year 2009 (shareholders holding one share will receive 3,500 dong).

The payment date is scheduled on March 29.

The company also close the shareholders book on March 9 to hold annual shareholders' meeting on April 10.

Vietnam Securities Depository Centre (VSD) will suspend deposits of NHC-coded shares on March 8, 9 and 10.
