VNStockNews.com - The southern bourse-listed Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Co (coded HRC) announced that the company estimates to gain H1 profit after tax of 43 billion dong and EPS of 2,500 dong.
In the first six months of 2010, HRC reporting to reach total rubber production volume of 930 tonnes of rubber, a year-on-year reduction of 350 tonnes because of the draught and declining rubber tree plantation area of 505.7 hectares against the same period of last year.
In H1, the rubber firm reported selling 1,850 tonnes of rubber at average price of 56.5 million dong per tonne, in comparison with last year's 29.1 million dong per tonne.
HRC's accumulative revenue in Jan-June was posted at 130 billion dong per tonne, fulfilling 65 percent of the year plan, the pre-tax profit of 47 billion dong, or 77.8 percent of the year plan and up 22 billion dong against the same period of last year. The company reached after tax profit of 43 billion dong and EPS of 2,500 dong.
At present, the company has 465 tonnes of stockpiled rubber for delivery in July contracts.
