VNStockNews.com - House Vietnam Joint Stock Co (coded NVN), the main investor of the bio-ecological project The Boat Club Residences, will sell VIP villa plot (11 villas) belonged to this project in the beginning of July 2010, said the company.
The VIP plot which is designed by a Singapore architecture locates at the T-junction of Tac river and Rach Mon (District 9, HCM City), forming a closed architectural complex of separate parks, fountains, etc. Dwellers of the VIP plot also have a chance to enjoy all the open spaces, amenities of The Boat Club Residences such as marina, swimming pools along the Tac River and right in the central park and outdoor space.
All of the facilities of the project are going to be completed by the end of 2010. Revenue of selling 11 villas of The Boat Club Residences is expected roughly 110 billion dong.
