VNStockNews.com - Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (coded TDC), on Tuesday launched a realty exchange at Prime Building in HCMC’s District 3.
Doan Van Van Thuan, TDC general director, said this was the company’s third MYLAND exchange after Ruby Land and Bau Bang in Bau Cat District, Binh Duong Province.
TDC took the occasion to start selling its Moon River eco-villas in Thoi Hoa Urban Area, or My Phuoc 4, in Binh Duong’s Ben Cat District.
Lying along Thi Tinh River and nearby Ecolakes My Phuoc project, the Moon River project covers 10 hectares and has a total of 284 villas and town houses. A unit covers 145 to 495 square meters and is priced from VND1.8 million per square meter.
TDC was established in 2002 from the retail section of the Binh Duong Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC). It now has total chartered capital of VND200 billion, with Becamex IDC making up over 60%.
