VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Securities Joint Stock Co. (PSI) plans to raise its chartered capital from 485 billion dong to 1.0185 trillion dong via two phases.
Accordingly, the company will offer 2.425 million shares at par to the company's employees in the first one and 50.925 million shares priced at 15,000 dong each to existing shareholders in the second one (including the new shareholders at the first phase) at ratio of 1:1.
