VNStockNews.com - HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Co. (HUD4) announced November 3 as latest record date to close the shareholders list to issue 10 million bonus shares in order to increase chartered capital to 150 billion dong.
In details, HUD4 will issue 1.5 million shares at 100:30 ratio, eight million ones priced at 13,000 each at 100:160 ratio to existing shareholders, 245,000 shares to the firm's employees with price of 18,000 each and 255,000 ones at the same price to its strategic shareholder - Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUD).
Time for registering and payment will be from November 8 to December 3.
Total designed money from the issuance of 113 billion dong will be used for subsidiaries' establishment (about 19.89 billion dong) and projects' investment (93.11 billion).
The firm has current chartered capital of 50 billion dong.
