VNStockNews.com - Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Co (coded QCG) has lately explained about the sharp increase in Jan-Sep accumulative profit in comparison with the same period last year.
Thanks to revenue gained from selling products in two real estate projects located at 472 Minh Khai St and 106 Ly Chinh Thang St, HCM City, the company reported gaining accumulative revenue of 708.99 billion dong in the first nine months of this year, increasing by 570.01 billion dong or 410 percent year-on-year.
The company successfully sold products in high-rise office building at 472 Minh Khai St, HCM City with total earnings of 432 billion dong and from 106 Ly Chinh Thang St project of 204 billion dong.
QCG posted Jan-Sep pre-tax profit of 319.07 billion dong, up 303.58 billion dong or 1,906 percent against the same period last year.
