VNStockNews.com - PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Co (coded PGD) held its annual shareholders meeting yesterday February 28.
The participants approved the targeted year plan with total revenue of 3.158 trillion dong and net profit of 129 billion dong in 2011.
According to the 2010 business reports, the company reached total gas consumption of 460.07 million cubic metres, surpassing 15 percent of the year plan, gaining total revenue of over 2.123 trillion dong, increasing by 72 percent year-on-year, and after tax profit of 216.94 billion dong, up 10 percent against that of 2009.
Last year, the company completed and put into operation the low pressure gas distribution net work for industrial parks in Nhon Trach Dist, Dong Nai province and Hiep Phuoc-Long Hau Industrial Park (the first phase). At the same time, PGDD also completed surveying and setting up project for the low pressure gas distribution system for industrial zones in Can Tho City and those in northern region.
In 2011, the company aimed to obtain total production output of 611.53 million cubic metres, total revenue of 3.158 trillion dong and net profit of 129 billion dong.
In the shareholders meeting, the participants also passed to allocate 27,770 shares to the trade union. These are unallocated shares left in the share issuance of 9.9 million shares previously in order to raise chartered capital from 330 billion dong to 429 billion dong previously.
