VNStockNews.com - Foreign investors were net buyers of VND35.13 billion ($ 1.67 million) of Vietnamese stocks Friday out of a total VND491 billion traded, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange said.
Volume was 23.3 million shares, with foreigners accounting for 7.2%, the stock market operator said.
Foreigners were net buyers of 227,870 shares in the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, known as Vietcombank, 171,530 shares in property developer Hoang Anh Gia Lai JSC and 139,970 shares in Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, known as Vietinbank.
In the first three months of this year, foreigners were net buyers of VND1.445 trillion of Vietnamese stocks on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, compared with VND2.113 trillion during the same period last year.
