VNStockNews.com - The southern bourse-listed Petroleum Material Joint Stock Co (Comeco - coded COM) announced that PetroVietnam Oil Corp (PV Oil) registered for purchasing 1.5 million COM-coded shares, counting for 10.62 percent of the total chartered capital at price of 33,600 dong per share.
The transactions were supposed to last from May 25 to June 25, 2011.
If the transactions were successful, PV Oil will raise the total holdings of 4,945,880 shares or 35.02 percent of total stake. PV Oil will use the ownership capital for this deal, so as to become the strategic partner in Comeco in trading petroleum products.
